The Rivers State Government has dismissed reports that it has suspended the construction of the 50.15km ring wrong project that was flagged off for construction by Governor Siminalayi Fubara in July.
The venture was granted to Julius Berger Nigeria Restricted at the expense of N195 billion.
The Commissioner's for Information and Communication Joe Johnson in a proclamation said the street project can't be suspended when 77% of the agreement total has been paid.
