Kogi Poll: The Tribunal Directs INEC To Deliver Election Materials In A 48-Hour Window
In order to allow for the submission of INEC's report of compliance and the continuation of the hearing, Justice Birnin-Kudu postponed the matter till Wednesday, Nov. 29.

The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Kogi has given INEC 48 hours to issue certified copies of electoral materials on the Nov. 11 off-cycle election in the state to the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
Also, it mandated that INEC permit the SDP's forensic specialists to review certain election-related materials.
The Bimodal Voter Accreditation System and result sheets for the local government areas of Adavi, Okene, Okehi, Ogori-Magongo, Ajaokuta, Lokoja, Kogi, and Bassa are among the documents.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) won the election, and the Social Democratic Party (SDP) filed a challenge against it. The tribunal decided last week Saturday in Lokoja that the SDP had requested the papers to support its position.
