To honor the year 2023 Isese Day, the Lagos State Lead representative, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has proclaimed Monday, August 21 a without work day for all local officials in the state.

This is as per a roundabout gave by the Lagos State Head of Administration, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, the current year's Isese Day festivity will hang on Sunday, August 20.
