4.2km Runway: FG Announces N825.8bn Compensation For Abuja Indigenes
The N825.8bn, according to the FCT minister, is to incentivise Jiwa residents to vacate the community.
FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, made the declaration on Tuesday after a discussion meeting with the Priest of Flying, Festus Keyamo, authorities of the two services, and delegates of their organizations as well as partners from Jiwa, the impacted local area in Abuja.
The N825.8bn, as per the pastor, is to boost the occupants to empty the local area and look for their collaboration towards the fruition of the 4.2 km second Abuja runway project, initially granted in 2022.
