French footballer Alexis Beka Beka was “safe and sound” after being discovered in a “state of distress” on Friday, emergency services said.
The 22-year-old midfielder was really focused on by police and firemen.
"He is completely safe," said a police representative.
Jean-Pierre Rivere, president of nice, said the club was feeling better by the result.
"Everything finished well for Alexis who was in a condition of trouble earlier today," expressed Rivere in a proclamation.
"He has been dealt with. We will keep on regarding clinical secrecy and we request that everybody do likewise and regard his protection.
"We and the whole club are supporting him."
Beka, who highlighted for France at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, joined Nice in August 2022 from Lokomotiv Moscow in Russia for 12 million euros.
